Alka and Abhi are one of the most memorable couples we have ever met. Originally from India, they built their lives and success in Jakarta. Their love story is beautifully unique—Bali played a special role in every milestone. They met through a friend in Bali, fell in love in Bali, got engaged in Bali, and finally, tied the knot in Bali.
Planning their dream wedding took immense effort, from selecting the perfect wedding planner to curating the right vendors. It all began with a heartfelt conversation with the bride’s father, a respected professor who deeply cared about his daughter's happiness. Affectionately called "Papa," he took on the task of scouting the ideal venue and planner within a short five-month timeline.
After thoughtful discussions, Alka and Abhi entrusted us with their wedding planning, and together, we brought their vision to life at the stunning Hilton Bali. We are grateful that we were able to fulfill most of the couple’s wishes, ensuring their dream wedding became a reality.
For those unfamiliar, Indian weddings are among the most vibrant and elaborate celebrations, often spanning three to four days. With a strong focus on guest experience, we shared the same vision as the couple—that this wedding was not just about the bride and groom but also about their families and friends who traveled from all over the world to celebrate. From the moment guests arrived in Bali, we took care of every detail: airport pickups, hotel check-ins, nanny services, dietary requirements, allergies, and of course, the wedding itself—all the way through to the farewell. Knowing that for many, it was their first time in Bali, we were even more driven to provide an unforgettable experience.
We believe in offering service from the heart—where clients genuinely feel our sincerity and dedication throughout the wedding planning process. When we align with our couples in energy and vision, we can create a wedding experience that is truly magical—not only for the bride and groom but for every single guest.
Alka and Abhi’s warmth and kindness extended beyond the wedding. Every time they visit Bali or Jakarta, they always invite us for a meal, treating us to the most delicious Indian cuisine. Over time, they became more than just clients—they became family. The moment we knew we had truly succeeded was when Papa and Mama told us, "You are part of our family now. You guys are amazing, and thank you for everything you have done for this wedding. If you ever need anything, you just tell us."
Another truly touching moment was when Alka & Abhi shared their happiness throughout this incredible wedding planning journey with us. To make it even more special, we received a heartfelt, personalized thank-you note from Alka’s brother: "Thank you for arranging my sister’s wedding." It was a small yet deeply meaningful gesture that reminded us why we do what we do—with love, dedication, and sincerity.
The overwhelming gratitude from the couple, their family, and their guests reaffirmed that we had created something truly special.
